Job Description
The Organization:
Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in UAE offering international level services in healthcare. Their reach is through a specialized care hospital and more than 20 outpatient centres. For their specialized Mother/Child hospital in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring a dedicated Head of Anaesthesia Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The experienced Head of Anaesthesia our client is looking for, will have an interest in and experience with OBG, neo-natal, paediatric anaesthesia. This role will be leading board certified Anaesthesiologists and representing the department within and outside the organization.
Skills & Competencies:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Collaboration, leadership, and research principles;
•Reliable, responsible and patient;
•Good analysis and problem solving skills
Education & Qualifications:
•MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of qualification in Anaesthesia;
•At least 5 years of experience post qualification;
•Proven experience leading the Anaesthesia department of a large hospital;
•Tier 1 qualification like CCST/CCT or American Board is highly preferred
