The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in UAE and now opening their first clinic in Saudi. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. They are hiring an Occupational Therapist.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.
review patients doing tasks, ask questions and look over medical history
create treatment plans and goals
show patients how to use adaptive technology
demonstrate exercises to relieve pain and increase mobility
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both English and Arabic is preferred;
Patience;
Problem solving skills;
Motivating others
Education & Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy;
