Job Description
The Organization:
Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. For one of their hospitals in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experienced NICU Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
For the NICU department, this role will support the manager:
•Supervises and coordinates activities of staff;
•Ensures adherence to procedure and schedule;
•Supervises the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting;
•Makes day-to-day decisions for a group of nurses;
Skills & Competencies:
•Excellent communication skills;
•Excellent leadership and decision making skills;
•Ability to work well under pressure;
Education & Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Nursing;
•HAAD/DHA/MOH license or at least eligibility ;
•Prove experience and expertise in NICU department and Paediatrics
